Stays true to the rom com formula, while still being genuinely entertaining, and even pushing social boundaries. Bravo.

Thoughts (spoilers)

This film files down the razor sharp edges of a controversial subject (abortion), and does the impossible by making it deeply relatable to a general audience. While still being entertaining. It even does one better by staying within the boundaries of rom com rules, and resisting the urge to be preachy- or worse- dour.

My only criticism would be that the male love interest was a little too perfect, to the point where my suspension of disbelief was being tested. Hugh Grant style disbelief. Nevertheless, this is a minor point.

Absolutely worth watching.
