Thoughts (spoilers)

This was a delightful pick-me-up! In these dour politically charged covid festering days, this was an unexpectedly genuine viewing experience.

I particularly liked that each of the dog show participants- minus the lawyer couple- demonstrated at least some form of kindness, concern, or empathy for another character (or creature). There weren't necessarily any villains, just charismatic (and hopeful) dog lovers. Nobody was embittered at the results of the competition either; they all accepted the results and moved on with their lives.

Character like that is borderline confounding, 2 weeks leading up to an election.
